Since there are no lunch facilities near and around the congress centre, NCC Ost, and since the Cash Bar
(exhibition/poster area) and Restaurants in NCC Ost will have limited capacity, participants are advised to order lunch boxes.
 
Lunch boxes will contain the following items:

  • a filled baguette bread roll
  • a salad box
  • a healthy bar/salty snack
  • a muffin/donut style pastry
  • a yoghurt
  • 0,5l of botteled mineral water

Vegetarian alternatives will be provided upon request.

What is covered by the registration fee?

No admission to Scientific Sessions!

Payment modalities

Payment of Registration fees, may be made in EURO by:

  • Bank transfer to the account "ESHG Conference" IBAN: AT18 20111 300031 08737, BIC: GIBAATWW,
    No. 300031-08737, Bank code 20111, at the Erste Bank, Alser Strasse 23, 1080 Vienna, Austria.
    Beneficiary: Vienna Medical Academy. Payments should be made without charges to the beneficiary. Any bank charges will be collected on site. Clearly state the participant's name(s), matching with the name(s) on the registration form.
     
  • Credit Cards: Diners Club, Mastercard and Visa.
     
  • Cheque. Bank cheques without charge to the beneficiary, should be payable to "ESHG 2012" c/o Vienna Medical Academy, Alserstrasse 4, 1090 Vienna, Austria.
    Please note that, despite being issued "without charge for the beneficiary", cheques often bear bank charges. Any negative balance will be collected on site.
     
IMPORTANT
The reduced registration fee is only applicable, if it has been credited to the congress account before the deadline. Registering before the respective deadlines without performing an actual payment is not sufficient to benefit from the reduction.
Please note that a different fee applies for on-site registrations.

 

Confirmation of Registration
You will receive written confirmation of registration by mail when the registration form has been received and the payment has been credited to the congress account. Kindly note that payments made within 2 weeks prior to the conference cannot be confirmed in writing. If you made a bank transfer within this period, it will be essential to bring a proof of payment of your registration fee, when collecting the registration material.

After June 4, 2012, pre-registration will be closed, but you may register at the "On-site registration Desk" in the Nürnberg Convention Center Ost, which will open on Saturday June 23, 2012, at 8.30 hrs.

Cancellations and refunds

Notice of cancellation must be made in writing by email or fax to the Congress Office.
Registration fees may be refunded as follows:
Written cancellation received:

- before April 1, 2012:     75% refund
- between April 1 and June 4, 2012:     25% refund
- after June 4, 2012:     no refund

The date of receipt of the email or fax ID will be the basis for considering refunds. Please indicate the preferred method of reimbursement (cheque or bank transfer, incl. account number) on your written cancellation. Refunds will be made after the congress.

April 1 - June 4, 2012:  Pre-Registration & payment at normal rate. At the venue, please register at the "Pre-registration desk"
April 1, 2012:  First Cancellation deadline (75/25% refund)
June 4, 2012:  Second Cancellation deadline (25/0% refund)

Deadline for pre-registration
June 23 - 26, 2012:  On site registration & payment at on-site rate. Please do not send in registration forms or perform bank transfers within this period. Please register and pay at the "On site-registration desk" at the venue.
Please note: Pre-registration without payment of the registration fee is possible. The on-site fee will then have to be paid at the registration desk (Credit card or cash in EUR).
