Membership for Ukrainian Scientists
We would like to inform you that the European Society of Human Genetics has decided to waive the 2024 membership fee for all Ukrainian geneticists wishing to join ESHG, that have a professional life focus in Ukraine or have been forced to leave Ukraine due to the war. If you are Ukrainian and would like to become a member please send an email to membership@eshg.org with a copy of your identity document. You will then receive more information on the next steps to complete your membership.

Open to those who have retired from their position and practice, are over 65 years of age and who have previously been ESHG Members for at least 5 years. Trainee membership in the European Society of Human Genetics is available for advanced-degree genetics professionals in training as resident and clinical fellows, advanced-degree genetics professionals working as postdoctoral fellows, students working toward a post-baccalaureate, masters, professional, doctoral or doctorate degree and for students working toward a bachelor’s, first, ordinary or honours degree | |

SCIENTISTS FROM UNDERPRIVILIGED COUNTRIES | |

Collective Membership is available for eligible persons from underprivileged countries. A group of five individuals has to register collectively. |
Note:
Applications submitted between:
- January 1 and October 31 are effective for the current year. Approved applicants signing up for the print version of EJHG will receive all publications mailed since January 1 of the current year.
- Membership applications from November 1 to December 31 are effective for the following calendar year. Benefits will begin on January 1 the following calendar year.
Dispatch of journals/activation of online access
Delivery of the journal will not commence until we have received payment of your membership fee. You will receive an email with your access data as soon as your online journal account is active.

Payment may be made by:

- Bank transfer Payments must be made without charges to the beneficiary.
Cheques can no longer be accepted.
