Joint ESHG/ASHG Trainee Memberships | 110 |
Joint membership in the European and American Societies of Human Genetics includes online subscriptions to the EJHG & AJHG. Available for advanced-degree genetics professionals in training as resident and clinical fellows, advanced-degree genetics professionals working as postdoctoral fellows, students working toward a post-baccalaureate, masters, professional, doctoral or doctorate degree and for students working toward a bachelor’s, first, ordinary or honours degree. This fee is subject to USD - EUR exchange fluctuations and is fixed once per year. Due to current regulations, ASHG is unfortunately unable to accept membership applications from individuals residing in Russia. | |

Membership for Ukrainian Scientists
We would like to inform you that the European Society of Human Genetics has decided to waive the 2026 membership fee for all Ukrainian geneticists wishing to join ESHG, that have a professional life focus in Ukraine or have been forced to leave Ukraine due to the war. If you are Ukrainian and would like to become a member please send an email to membership@eshg.org with a copy of your identity document. You will then receive more information on the next steps to complete your membership.

Members providing payment after January 1, will receive the next month's printed journal together with the respective back issues for the calendar year.
Note:
Applications submitted between:
- January 1 and November 30 are effective for the current year. Approved applicants signing up for the print version of EJHG will receive all publications mailed since January 1 of the current year.
- Membership applications from November 30 to December 31 are effective for the following calendar year. Benefits will begin on January 1 the following calendar year.
