What is covered by the registration fee?

Participants:

  • Admission to all scientific sessions, exhibition and networking mixer
  • Electronic Abstract book and Programme
  • Coffee/Tea during breaks from Saturday, June 8 to Tuesday, June 11

 
Guest (family members only):

  • exhibition and networking mixer (no admission to scientific sessions!)

Payment modalities

Payment of Registration fees, may be made in EURO by:

  • Bank transfer to the account "ESHG Conference" IBAN: AT18 20111 300031 08737, BIC: GIBAATWW,
    No. 300031-08737, Bank code 20111, at the Erste Bank, Alser Strasse 23, 1080 Vienna, Austria.
    Beneficiary: Vienna Medical Academy. Payments should be made without charges to the beneficiary. Any bank charges will be collected on site. Clearly state the participant's name(s), matching with the name(s) on the registration form.
     
  • Credit Cards: Diners Club, Mastercard and Visa. 
     
IMPORTANT
The reduced registration fee is only applicable, if it has also been paid to the congress account meeting the according deadlines.
Registering without performing an actual payment will automatically set your balance to the fee applicable onsite.

 

Confirmation of Registration
You will receive written confirmation of registration by mail when the registration form has been received and the payment has been credited to the congress account. Kindly note that payments made within 2 weeks prior to the conference cannot be confirmed in writing. If you made a bank transfer within this period, it will be essential to bring a proof of payment of your registration fee, when collecting the registration material.

After May 23, 2013, pre-registration will be closed, but you may register at the "On-site registration Desk" in the Palais des Congrès in Paris, which will open on Saturday June 8, 2013, at 8.30 hrs.

Cancellations and refunds

Notice of cancellation must be made in writing by email or fax to the Congress Office.
Registration fees may be refunded as follows:
Written cancellation received:

- before April 1, 2013:     75% refund
- between April 1 and May 23, 2013:     25% refund
- after May 23, 2013:     no refund

The date of receipt of the email or fax ID will be the basis for considering refunds. Please indicate the preferred method of reimbursement (cheque or bank transfer, incl. account number) on your written cancellation. Refunds will be made after the congress.

Registration schedule

January - March 31, 2013:  Pre-Registration & payment at the reduced rate. At the venue, please register at the "Pre-registration desk"
April 1 - May 23, 2013:  Pre-Registration & payment at normal rate. At the venue, please register at the "Pre-registration desk"
April 1, 2013:  First Cancellation deadline (75/25% refund)
May 23, 2013:  Second Cancellation deadline (25/0% refund)
May 23, 2013: 
Deadline for pre-registration
June 8 - 11, 2013:  On site registration & payment at on-site rate. Please do not send in registration forms or perform bank transfers within this period. Please register and pay at the "On site-registration desk" at the venue.
Please note: Pre-registration without payment of the registration fee is possible. The on-site fee will then have to be paid at the registration desk (Credit card or cash in EUR).
