Please be aware that you may be contacted by telephone by scam companies claiming to be the official ESHG 2015 accommodation providers. Neither the ESHG nor the Glasgow City Marketing Bureau will call you to solicit reservations.
You may receive emails regarding housing, but note that the only official emails will come from an email address ending in "eshg.org", "rose-international.com". Booking confirmations will be sent by "The Glasgow City Marketing Bureau Team" <groupcampaigns@pkghlrss.com>.

All lodging for the ESHG should be arranged using the links provided or by calling the phone numbers above. If you are unsure of who has contacted you regarding your hotel reservations or if one of these scammers has contacted you, please inform the ESHG at conference(at)eshg.org or eshg(at)rose-international.com.

Non-arrivals or failure to cancel a reservation within the cancellation terms and conditions may incur charges.
 
INDIVIDUAL BOOKINGS TO 2 ROOMS: Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours prior to arrival without penalty. Cancellations of all or any room nights after the 48hour deadline will incur 100% charges.
 
3 TO 5 ROOMS: Cancellations can be made up to two weeks prior to the arrival date without penalty. Cancellations of all or any room nights after this date will incur 100% charges.
 
6 TO 9 ROOMS: Cancellations can be made up to three weeks prior to the arrival date without penalty. Cancellations of all or any room nights after this date will incur 100% charges.
 
For bookings of ten or more rooms you will be required to contract direct with the hotel.
 
It is always possible that, despite GCMB’s best efforts, some of the prices listed on the Site for accommodation may be incorrect.  Neither GCMB nor the Hotel is under any obligation to provide the accommodation to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after GCMB has sent a Confirmation E-mail, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as mis-pricing.
 
Glasgow City Marketing Bureau acts only as an agent for hotels and other accommodation units and does not contract as a principal. Accordingly, we shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to or arising from any acts or omissions of persons, firms or companies for whom we act as agents.
Further, we shall in no event be liable for any loss of profit or consequential loss or damage due to or arising from negligence on the part of Glasgow City Marketing Bureau or its servants, agents or subcontractors.
We shall not be liable to any extent in the event of delay or failure in providing or procuring any services or facilities due to any cause beyond the proper control.
 
The Bureau acts as an intermediary in securing accommodation and cannot accept any responsibility for standards of the accommodation providers.
